City of Arabia is a large-scale, mixed-use development located in Dubailand along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311) in Dubai. Designed as a self-contained city, it combines residential towers, villas, office spaces, retail hubs like the planned Mall of Arabia, and leisure attractions such as IMG Worlds of Adventure—the world’s largest indoor theme park. The project also includes Wadi Walk, a waterfront community featuring cafes, shops, and apartments set along a scenic canal.

While parts of City of Arabia, like IMG Worlds of Adventure, are fully operational, the broader master plan has faced significant delays since the 2008 financial crisis. Much of the residential and commercial infrastructure is still under development. Thanks to its strategic location and large-scale vision, the area continues to hold long-term potential as Dubai's real estate market matures.
